Journalist Alicia Fernandez talks The Red Note podcast with Enfoque Noticias

Journalist Alicia Fernandez, who conducted the interviews for The Red Note podcast, sat down with host Adriana Pérez Cañedo from Mexico City's Enfoque Noticias radio station this week to talk about her work on the project.

In the interview, Fernández says that although there has been progress in the investigation of the femicides in Juarez, these advances have mainly driven by the mothers of the victims. She says that despite this progress, the problem of impunity in regard to the femicides continues to persist.
